How do I know which facial is best for me?
If you aren’t sure which facial is right for you then the best facial to begin with is the consultation + facial treatment. In this facial service our trained estheticians will assess your skin and recommend the most suitable facial treatment based on your unique skin concerns and goals.
What are the benefits of regular facials?
Regular facials can help improve skin texture, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, clear acne, and promote an overall healthy complexion.
Do you offer HydraFacials?
HydraFacial is the name brand of a device which provides deep and hydrating facial treatments. While we do not currently use this particular device, we do have several facial treatments which provide similar results! Our estheticians can help you select a treatment which will be customized to your skin type and goals.
Do you offer facials for men as well?
Yes, our facial treatments are designed for all genders and can address concerns specific to men’s skin including razor bumps, in-grown hairs, acne, back acne, flaking skin, and sun damage.
How often should I get a facial?
This depends on your skin type and specific needs, but generally, getting a facial every 4-6 weeks helps maintain optimal skin health.
What can I expect during a facial treatment?
In general, facials begin with a cleansing treatment and then are followed up by exfoliation, massage, serum application, and then optional add-on treatments like LED light therapy or high-frequency treatments. All of our facials can be customized to meet your skin’s unique needs and your personal goals.
Are facials safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, we offer facials suitable for sensitive skin. Our estheticians will carefully select products and techniques that are gentle yet effective.
Can I combine a facial with other treatments?
Absolutely! Facials can often be combined with treatments like chemical peels, dermaplaning, or microdermabrasion for enhanced results.
Will there be any downtime after a facial?
Most facials do not require downtime. You may experience mild redness, but it usually subsides within a few hours. We generally recommend against long periods of sun exposure immediately after your facial treatment.
What is your cancellation/no show policy?
We understand that situations may arise which may force you to cancel or postpone a treatment and are happy to make changes or cancellations as long as we receive notice at least 24 hours in advance.
In the event that you are unable to provide 24 hours notice of your change or fail to keep your appointment, then your credit card may be charged $100 for the visit.
