We love our customers! We miss you when you don’t show up for our appointments and this makes us sad :(. When we’re sad, we overeat. When we overeat, we get fat. To help us protect our waistlines and respect everyone’s time, we have non-refundable deposits and no-show/late cancellation/late rescheduling fees.

Our policy is that we require 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments. If we receive less than 24 hours notice, your deposit cannot be refunded. If you did not pay a deposit, a “No show, Late Cancellation, Late Rescheduling Fee” will be charged to the credit card on file.

These fees/deposits are calculated at $50 for up to the first 30 minutes of service. Another $50 will be charged for any additional expected hour of service (for the main service and any add-on services). For example, if you booked an Ultherapy – Full Face treatment, which is expected to take 120 minutes, you will be charged $100 for your non-refundable deposit or in ‘No Show, Late Cancellation, Late Rescheduling Fees’ if 24 hour advance notice is not received for appointment changes (calculation = first 30 mins 60 mins 30 mins = $50 $50 $0 = $100). You can see how long a service (and add-ons) are expected to take on the booking portal.

If you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment and we are unable to perform an abbreviated service in the remaining allotted time, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and the above fees would apply.
