Dr. Jeff has over 15 years of medical experience and brings his expertise, excellent bedside manner, and an enthusiasm for health and wellness to Vivid Aesthetics. After his residency, Dr. Jeff entered the Air Force as an Emergency Medicine attending physician and completed three deployments as a Critical Care Air Transport physician keeping our soldiers alive on overseas flights back to the United States.

Are lash lifts and lash extensions safe?
Yes, both lash lifts and lash extensions are safe when performed by trained professionals. At our medical spa, we adhere to the highest standards of hygiene and use only high-quality, hypoallergenic products.
What should I do to prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes. Avoid using waterproof mascara or oil-based products for at least 24 hours before your appointment, as they can affect the adhesion of the products.
How should I care for my lashes after the procedure?
For lash lifts, avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24 hours and refrain from using oil-based products. For lash extensions, avoid rubbing your eyes, using oil-based makeup removers, and sleeping on your face. Regular brushing with a clean spoolie can help keep your extensions looking neat.
Will lash treatments damage my natural lashes?
When applied and cared for correctly, lash lifts and extensions should not damage your natural lashes. Our skilled technicians ensure the health and integrity of your natural lashes are maintained.
Can I wear mascara with lash extensions?
While it’s not necessary to wear mascara with lash extensions, you can use a water-based mascara if desired. Avoid waterproof mascara, as it can be difficult to remove and may damage the extensions.
Can I combine a lash lift with lash extensions?
Combining a lash lift with lash extensions is not recommended, as the lift can affect the adhesion of the extensions. Our estheticians can help you choose the best option for your desired look.
Are there any contraindications for lash treatments?
Certain medical conditions, allergies, or recent eye surgeries may prevent you from getting lash treatments. Please inform us of any medical history or concerns during your consultation.
What is your cancellation/no show policy?
We understand that situations may arise which may force you to cancel or postpone a treatment and are happy to make changes or cancellations as long as we receive notice at least 24 hours in advance.
In the event that you are unable to provide 24 hours notice of your change or fail to keep your appointment, then your credit card may be charged $100 for the visit.
